4. Dervin’s passion for paper towels was born from an encounter with hospital officials and people dressed as clowns (Visiting patients)

5. Dervin’s job has never been defined but it does require a fair amount of travel

6. ‘Time For Dervin’ has indeed been called ‘The most unique comic since Calvin & Hobbes’ though ‘Time For Dervin’ was created five years earlier

7. The name Geiggityville was inspired by a person, not a location
